Remote Desktop Connection
A remote desktop connection connects to our remote computer by using an IP address of our remote computer. You can use the Remote Desktop app to connect from a Windows, macOS, iOS, or Android device.
To connect to our remote computer using Remote Desktop:
- Search for "Remote Desktop Connection" in the search box on your taskbar
- Select Remote Desktop Connection
- Enter the IP address we provide of the remote computer
- Select Connect
- When prompted, enter your username and password
- Wait for the connection to complete
You can also use the Remote Desktop app on your Mac, iOS, or Android device.
Remote Desktop
Once logged into our Remote Computer, each user will have their own Remote Desktop to access the EZ Trial Balance Software. Multiple users can be logged into the Remote Computer and EZ Trial Balance Software at the same time.
EZ Trial Balance on Remote Computer
Open up EZ Trial Balance Software and all the firm's clients are saved to a dedicated Client's Folder. Using our own Remote Computer and your Remote Desktop Connection, you and your staff can access EZ Trial Balance Software from anywhere with an internet connection.
